BROKER PARTICIPATION

 At Integrity Commercial Loans, LLC., we recognize the need for strategic alliances with other brokers.  We understand how difficult it can be to find a reputable and ethical broker to place your client's loan request with.  If you're concerned about your client losing money for bogus "due diligence" fees, you should be.  You're swimming in shark-infested waters and it's your job to steer your clients through safely and still get them funded.  Rest assured; at Integrity Commercial Loans, LLC., we never charge upfront fees and we do our best to only use those lenders who do not or, have only minimal, verifiable and refundable upfront fees.  We maintain a data base of brokers and/or "lenders" who have charged upfront fees and did not fund the loan, nor provide a refund.  Once entered into that data base, they will never receive a file from us in the future.

Let us be your last broker you'll need to go to.  We understand your reputation and your income is on the line with your client and we will never put either one at risk.
