  • Small Cap to Large Cap Funding   From a minimum loan amount of $25,000, to no limit maximum, we have the lenders to fund your project.  If it makes sense, there is a good chance we have a lender for it.
  • Non-Recourse Loans Available   Many of our lenders/programs offer non-recourse loans, at very competitive rates.
  • EQUIPMENT FINANCING  Nation-wide funding, from $10,000 - $5,000,000.  Rates starting in the 4% range.  60 month financing term available.  650 minimum credit score (down to 625 with strong compensating factors). 100% financing on equipment purchases (This does now apply for start-ups).  Most industries are eligible.  No minimum time in business on most deals, equipment financing for startups is available, but 3 months bank statements are required.  Any NEW or USED mission critical equipment (mission critical means it is essential to the operation of the business.  Custom payment structures are available to meet the needs of the business; delayed payments, seasonal payments, step payments, semi-annual payments, etc.
